Hi, I’m Louisa, and I’ve spent my whole career connecting people.

I’ve worked across all sides of talent: agency, RPO, and in-house. I’ve led hiring at Energy Aspects and S&P Global Commodity Insights, building out full teams across commercial, tech, and data. I’ve also managed recruitment across departments and countries in global HR teams at Société Générale and Credit Suisse.

That range of experience means I know how hiring really works. I understand what goes wrong when it is rushed, and how to fix it. I’ve seen the pressure founders face to grow fast without losing culture. I’ve seen what happens when urgency overtakes clarity. I’ve learned how to build teams that perform and stay.

I am a parent and a climate optimist. I have felt the shift in my own lifetime — the temperature, the fires, the anxiety about what comes next.
